The Sunset Heights 402 in Flamingo is a beautiful and cozy Condo, very well located in the entrance on Flamingo beach road, my family and myself have stayed there for two years, the condo have a wonderful view of the Marina nearby, the pools and the facilities are always clean, not to mentioned they are awesome for relax and stay cool in the summer days, the staff at the TH office are always nice, the same to the lady who received us at the condo. If you go there, don’t miss Flamingo Beach, Playa Penca and Playa Danta there you have the top 3 beach of the nearby area.

AMAZING!!!!!!

From taking that first step through the front entryway you are immediately graced with the most spectacular view of the infinity pool with breathtaking views out into the Pacific Ocean. This was my first visit to Costa Rica and I cannot wait to return to this absolutely beautiful home. Everyday was a delight from the morning views while enjoying a delicious cup of Costa Rican coffee to the stunning sunsets.

We explored beaches, restaurants (if it were possible to rate the onsite restaurant in this private, gated community higher than 5* I absolutely would!!);nearby towns (great shopping by the way!) and waterfalls…. one more beautiful than the other.

I have stayed at many resorts and rental properties while vacationing but this home is by far the MOST INCREDIBLE place I have every stayed in.

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we are so happy we found this amazing condo after searching around. Kalli was so helpful from the initial invite request, through until we got checked in with so much information on places to eat, shop, sight-see, you name it. Olivia and Roxanna helped us with literally anything we needed during our trip, including getting set up with some tours and answering questions. The condo is beautiful, very clean, and I wish I could describe the peaceful atmosphere of listening to the waves and the birds while watching the most amazing sunsets. It was a great location to be able to visit different beaches. It’s so weird how different the beaches are from one another while literally being side-by-side! El Castillo was our favorite local place to eat as his food has the most amazing flavors! Margarita’s there were fabulous too. The fruit stand by the condo was handy and fruit here is definitely way better than what we get in Minnesota. What I enjoyed the most about our trip was the lack of crowds and chaos. The streets of Tamarindo were busy, but I was in awe while visiting Rincon de la Vieja National Park, which included a private tour guide, walking the trails, and visiting a waterfall that we weren’t surrounded by crowds unlike so many other places we’ve been. Same with the beaches and any restaurant- no waiting to get in at all. It was all so relaxing. I worry this will change and am grateful we were able to enjoy the country as-is. And we saw so many cool things right on Endless Beach. Besides the diving pelicans we saw jumping rays, sea snakes on the shoreline, puffer fish, and a small herd of cows who will walk along the shoreline with a stop at the adjacent estuary for a quick drink. It was all fabulous and much needed- though now that I’m back in Minnesota and am looking at another snow storm on the way, I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thank you Kalli!

Please do accept a most sincere thank you from the Six of us for providing magnificent digs and a glorious backdrop to the best family winter getaway ever!
I don’t have to tell you about the charm of Guanacaste and its people, the string of pretty beaches, and exotic appeal of the rain forest and its denizens.
15 Sloth sightings in one day!!! A dream come true for some of us.
What you really do need to be apprised of , though, is what treasures you have in Miguel and Maria. Always discreet, cheerful, helpful and on hand if needed, they really are as much of an asset as the infinity pool, the sunsets, and the flocks of swallow-like birds at dusk, the iguanas and on and on.

We stayed at Villa Oro. It was amazing. Everything you need in a tropical paradise and more. The amenities exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing. The pool was the perfect size for our family of four. The kids spent more time in the pool than out. The sunsets were life changing. Relax with a glass of wine and simply watch. A special call out to the house staff – Miguel and Maria. Very friendly and personable. Maria’s massages are out of this world. Do not wait until the end to have one. You will want at least a couple.
