Our Costa Rican version of a Colorado Canyon is located at the foothills of the Rincon de la Vieja volcano are your closest option for a fun rafting experience on a Class 2-3 river that is great form the whole family. This river has some narrow and shallow sections, fun rapids and the rafts that are used here look like inflatable kayaks that fit one person plus 1 river guide, so each of the 2 person rafts include a river guide ☺ The ride down the river takes about 45-60mins and we will get treated for a delicious lunch buffet afterwards. This experience will be complete with a. visit of a beautiful waterfall where swimming is allowed (as long as the weather provides for safe conditions).
