We stayed at Villa Oro. It was amazing. Everything you need in a tropical paradise and more. The amenities exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing. The pool was the perfect size for our family of four. The kids spent more time in the pool than out. The sunsets were life changing. Relax with a glass of wine and simply watch. A special call out to the house staff – Miguel and Maria. Very friendly and personable. Maria’s massages are out of this world. Do not wait until the end to have one. You will want at least a couple.

Recently spent a glorious week in 832 Oceanica in Playa Flamingo. This has to be the best unit in the complex! Unobstructed sweeping views of the beach, bay and stunning sunsets. The Patio was well used for meals, sun downers, bird watching and chilling. Unit is well appointed and beds are super comfortable. The proximity to surrounding beaches, restaurants and supermarkets is ideal. Highly recommend this unit and look forward to visiting 832 again.

We stayed in Oceanica condo 832 for a month, it was wonderful, a beautiful well appointed condo with amazing views – our holiday was perfect. There were a few maintenance issues on arrival and Tropical Homes immediately resolved all problems. In past years, we have rented from other companies, we now know that Tropical Homes is by far the best rental agency in the Playa Flamingo area. Special thanks to Bratimer and Roxanne for their assistance with our minor problems. The Oceanica condos are within walking distance of restaurants, nightly entertainment, grocery stores and the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach. An excellent holiday with family and friends and we hope to return for another winter vacation.
The villa is lovely and well appointed. Views are amazing from all spots in the house (especially master balcony). Tranquil neighborhood with tons of privacy yet close enough to town. Reservation process and check-in a breeze. Miguel the caretaker and his wife Maria did a great job insuring our comfort. We would highly recommend renting this beautiful home when you plan on visiting the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.

“Wow !! We stayed for 3 nights in this condo. Having known, we would have stayed longer. Was our most beautiful accommodation during our 3 weeks in Costa Rica. Very clean. There was nothing lacking. I can not find anything negative to say. View !!! Unbelievable !!! Very good quality Wi-Fi. Close to air-conditioned grocery store and restaurants. Lots of beach nearby including the most beautiful (in my opinion): Playa Conchal I would stay well all winter;) ”
