Enjoy an outdoor dining area, a living room with a large TV, and several lounging spots—all sheltered under a covered roof. Inside, a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room with high ceilings and plenty of natural light await. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, plus there's a gas BBQ grill in the outdoor dining area. The home features two large bedrooms and a shared bathroom, both of which open onto the covered patio and pool area. Each bedroom is equipped with individual air conditioning units for added comfort. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and a half bath available for your convenience.
The property is home to two friendly and affectionate cats, which the owner kindly asks you to feed during your stay. These cats have only ever lived here and will be part of the experience.
Rent per month is $2,750 plus electricity. Water and Internet are included.
